The Internal Revenue Service has recently incorporated a program allowing individuals to track the progress of their refunds on-line.

You will need to have the following information available in order to do so:

• Your social security number (or IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)
• Your filing status (Single, Married Filing Joint Return, etc.)
• The refund amount (You must enter the refund amount exactly as it is shown on your tax return)
